A great number of fresh and salt water species of fish fall under the name, “Trout.” Different environmental conditions cause them to have a variety of coloring and patterns that are nearly impossible to define. Trout are a bit boney, but very tasty and they provide a good fight when caught in the waters around Fernandina Beach, Florida.
